How I work with you
My methodology is to take a detailed case history to piece together any connections in your past and present, identifying any predisposing factors and mediators which may have contributed to your particular state of health. As well as looking into a your diet and lifestyle, this approach will also take into consideration other areas of their wellbeing, such as:
- Genetic predispositions
- Pathogenic factors (such as viruses, parasites/bacteria)
- Dysregulation of the microbiome
- Exposure to toxins in the environment
- Detoxification strategies
- Other lifestyle stressors (such as occupation)
Using a combination of integrative, metabolic, and naturopathic principles addressing the mind body and spirit, my aim is to empower and inspire the individual to achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements for their particular health concerns. This will also include recommendations and advice for supplements, lifestyle, possible functional testing and complementary therapies.

Cancer Nutrition
Statistics now show one in two of us will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in our lifetime. Futhermore we know less than 10% of cancers are attributed to genetic factors, meaning that for the majority of cancer diagnoses – diet, lifestyle, stress, toxic exposure and other environmental factors play a big role in the development of the disease.
As a survivor of advanced-stage cancer at a young age, my mission is to empower and support cancer patients through their diagnosis, helping them manage and navigate through their treatment. Reflecting on my own experience, I realised how little information I was given regarding diet and lifestyle at the time of my diagnosis—information I now know is vital for supporting and complimenting the healing process. Many cancer patients, feeling disempowered and frustrated, often turn to the internet in search of guidance, only to be overwhelmed by conflicting and sometimes contradictory information, which can heighten their stress and feelings of disempowerment.
Having spent many years researching and understanding this ever-evolving field—and continuing to do so—my aim is to provide a clear, concise and personalised nutrition plans that reflects each client’s individual needs and circumstances, while remaining centered in the best available evidence.
This process begins with a thorough case history, along with a three-day food diary to identify any potential imbalances that require attention. From there, I create a comprehensive plan that outlines practical, actionable steps to improve overall well-being, enhance the body’s immune and detoxification systems, optimise treatment outcomes, reduce the risk of recurrence, and mitigate the toxic side effects of conventional therapies.
